I’ve noticed lately that routine roof care actually makes a difference, particularly for houses close to the coast. Things like seasonal inspections along with finding small problems early tend to make a big difference in avoiding larger repairs later on. I always thought roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but weather exposure really takes a toll over time. Interested to hear how often others here get roof inspections and what what signs they usually watch for.
